Virtual Impulse helps organisations govern, document, explain, and apply AI tools and agents in day-to-day work.
WHAT I DO
AI creates value when people, processes, and information work well together.
Virtual Impulse helps organisations translate AI ambitions into structured workflows, reliable documentation, clearly defined requirements, and multilingual communication.
The focus is on solutions teams can actually use — without unnecessary complexity or inflated frameworks.
THE PERSON BEHIND VIRTUAL IMPULSE
Virtual Impulse is built around the way I prefer to work: independently, thoughtfully, and close to the real situation inside an organisation.
I bring together experience in organisational processes, requirements, documentation and multilingual communication with a practical understanding of how AI tools and agents are used in day-to-day work.
I stay vendor-independent, ask the awkward questions early, and prefer clear decisions over impressive-looking noise. My role is not to add another layer of complexity, but to help organisations see what matters, what needs to be decided, and what can be made simpler.
HOW I WORK
Every engagement begins with your goals, constraints, and how work actually gets done.
The focus is on work that helps teams use AI safely and with confidence.
Workflows, documentation, decisions, and concrete next steps — not slide decks.
No vendor agenda. No tools to sell.
AI tools may support my research, drafting, translation and visual development. I review, edit and approve all client-facing material and remain responsible for the final result. Confidential client information is only processed using AI tools where this has been agreed in advance and appropriate confidentiality, data protection, and security safeguards are in place.
WHERE I WORK
Remote-first, with efficient collaboration across borders.
I work with organisations across Europe on AI governance, workflows, documentation, requirements, and multilingual communication.
Virtual Impulse takes a privacy-conscious approach to tools and data handling. Europe-based services are preferred where appropriate; tools are selected for suitability, reliability, and organisational needs.
